Your role as Position
As a Senior Communication & PR Specialist, you will work on issues with high reputational stakes, reporting to the HR / People & Culture department, in close liaison with management and technical teams.
Your main mission is to structure, convey, and protect DataOne's message and reputation, both internally and externally, with a clear, credible, and sustainability-oriented approach.
Key Responsabilities
- Define and deploy DataOne's communication and press relations strategy.
- Manage relationships with PR agencies, journalists, and media outlets.
- Produce factual and educational content to correct misconceptions about data centers and their environmental impact.
- Anticipate and manage sensitive communication and crisis situations.
- Oversee internal communication.
- Contribute to the employer brand, highlighting technical and industrial professions.
- Work in coordination with the Marketing Specialist, leveraging their expertise in branding, formats, and distribution channels.
Profile we are looking for
We are looking for a committed, structured, and results-oriented professional.
Ideally, you bring:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate communication, PR, or press relations.
- Confirmed experience in managing sensitive communication and crisis situations.
- Ability to thrive in a technical and demanding environment (tech, energy, infrastructure).
- Excellent written and oral skills in both French and English.
- A strong capacity to simplify complex subjects for a general audience.
- A team spirit and ease of interaction with high-level stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to manage and infl uence internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong strategic sense, organization, and autonomy in execution.
- Aptitude for simplifying complex technical and environmental topics for the general public.
