Who are We?
DataOne designs, develops, and operates sustainable AI Factories by combining energy, infrastructure, and artificial intelligence at industrial scale.
We operate large-scale digital and energy infrastructures internationally, delivering concrete projects measured in hundreds of megawatts, designed for long-term operational performance.
At DataOne, we are builders and operators. We prioritize real-world execution, operational excellence, and measurable impact over theoretical promises.
Your role as Administrator System
We are seeking an Administrator System to design, operate, and continuously improve automation systems supporting mission-critical data center infrastructure. The primary focus of this role is PLC-, BMS-, and SCADA-based control of critical electrical and mechanical systems. As part of our long-term roadmap, this position also offers progressive exposure to software-driven automation and DevOps-inspired practices.
Key Responsibilities
Automation & Control Systems
- Design, program, and maintain PLC and building control systems for data center infrastructure.
- Work with BMS and SCADA platforms to monitor and control:
- Power distribution systems (LV/MV, UPS, generators)
- Cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH, chillers, cooling towers)
- Auxiliary systems (fuel systems, fire interfaces, environmental monitoring)
- Implement redundancy and fail-safe logic aligned with N+1 and 2N architectures.
- Support commissioning, testing, and upgrades of automation systems
Operations & Reliability
- Troubleshoot automation and control issues in a 24/7 mission-critical environment.
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Contribute to energy efficiency initiatives and PUE optimization.
Documentation & Standards
- Produce and maintain:
- Control logic documentation
- Functional descriptions
- As-built drawings
- Ensure compliance with applicable IEC, ISO, and local safety standards
- Support audits and customer technical reviews when required.
Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Electrical and mechanical engineering teams
- Facility operations teams
- External vendors and system integrators
- Support continuous improvement of automation standards and templates.
Software & DevOps Exposure
- Use basic scripting or software tools (e.g., Python) to assist with:
- Data extraction
- Reporting
- Automation of repetitive tasks
- Apply lightweight software best practices:
- Version control (Git)
- Structured change management
- Gain exposure to IT/OT integration concepts over time.
